Our company was founded in 1999 as SchoolOne by entrepreneurs Micki Tubbs and Michelle Tomallo with an emphasis on web-based software development for the education market. Over time, in response to client needs, the company broadened its scope of services to become a successful provider of customized IT solutions. In 2008, the company branded FIT Technologies to better serve a range of industries, including legal, accounting, creative, construction and real estate, non-profits, and many others. Our clients include small and medium-sized businesses in the greater Cleveland area and in different markets around the country.

FIT is a privately held, female-owned company with corporate headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio, home to software developers, business analysts, project managers, network engineers, technical and customer support staff, quality assurance analysts, and one Chocolate Labrador Retriever. FIT prides itself on a culture of creativity and high performance. As a testament to FIT’s success, the co-founders, and the company have been honored with accolades for entrepreneurship, client responsiveness, and community service.
