FIT Technologies Successes

Whether it’s our company attaining a national certification, our staff winning a tech award, or one of our employees participating in her first-ever 5K, we like celebrating our successes. Our staff gives us plenty of reason to be thankful, and below are just some of the things we like to brag about.

Get FIT is an employee wellness program FIT’s employee wellness program, now in its sixth year, was developed to support healthier lifestyles. The program offers participants’ wellness credits to offset insurance premiums. The group meets to discuss wellness topics, hear guest presenters, visit places like local farmer’s markets; and host onsite activities.
WBENC Women’s Business Enterprise National Council Certified since 2006, FIT Technologies is recognized by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) as a women-owned business. WBENC is one of the third-party certifiers of businesses owned, controlled, and operated by women in the United States.
FIT named to top 10 of the Weatherhead 100 leading businesses FIT is proud to have been named to the top 10 of the Weatherhead 100, which is an annual ranking of the region’s 100 leading businesses based on revenue and employee growth. The award is sponsored by COSE and the Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Business.
FIT Technologies is a member of NGLCC FIT Technologies is a member of the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC) and is certified by the group’s Supplier Diversity Initiative. FIT is a strong supporter of workplace equality and promotes a culture based on fairness and mutual respect.
FIT Cares is our commitment to community service The company’s commitment to community service resulted in a Pillar Award for FIT Co-Founders Micki Tubbs and Michelle Tomallo. The Northeast Ohio Software Association awarded FIT Best IT services company The North East Ohio Software Association (NEOSA) awarded FIT Best IT Services Company. The award recognized the company that demonstrated exceptional expertise and commitment to supporting clients’ information technology needs.
FIT won an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the year award Winning an Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award was an honor for our Co-Founders, Micki Tubbs and Michelle Tomallo. After being selected from a group of finalists, they vied for the national award in Palm Springs as part of the Strategic Growth Forum.
