Our company was founded in 1999 as SchoolOne
by entrepreneurs Micki Tubbs and Michelle Tomallo with an emphasis on Web-based software development for the education market. Over time, in response to client needs, the company broadened its scope of services to become a successful provider of customized IT solutions. In 2008, the name was changed to FIT Technologies to better serve a range of industries.
FIT is a privately held, female-owned company with corporate headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio, home to software developers, business analysts, project managers, network engineers, technical and customer support staff, quality assurance analysts, accountability specialists, and one Chocolate Labrador Retriever. FIT prides itself on a culture of creativity and high performance. As a testament to FIT’s success, the co-founders, staff, and the company have been honored with several accolades for growth, client responsiveness, and community service.
While FIT Technologies serves businesses, SchoolOne serves the K-12 education market with technology and consulting services.
SchoolOne provides technology and support services for public, private and charter schools. Most notably, we offer a web-based student information system which includes gradebook, report cards, message boards, transcripts and much more. Additionally, we offer IT network services, desktop support, accountability consulting, and software development. We also have a team of E-Rate specialists that support schools’ needs.
