Micki Tubbs is a co-founder of FIT and has served as its CEO since the company’s start. She focuses on the overall operations of the company including oversight of finance. Micki enjoys the fast pace and working daily with the IT teams to resolve technology issues or planning for customer solutions.
FIT is just one of many ventures in Micki’s 40 year career. During this time she has been honored several times for her entrepreneurialism, including by the United States SBA for the growth of New Life Hospice which she founded. And in recent years, Micki was honored with a Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year Award and FIT was named to the Top 10 of the Weatherhead 100.
Micki serves on the board of NEOSA, the COSE technology network and on committees at the Greater Cleveland Partnership. She has been named by the Mayor to the City of Cleveland’s Workforce Development Board.
She is active in her neighborhood of Battery Park and is a an avid Cleveland sports fan and an all-around sports enthusiast. She was a high school basketball and tennis coach for ten years.
