Our knowledgeable staff provides efficient support while our ticketing system includes automated features like generating tickets from emails, alerting clients to the status of their requests, and distributing a brief survey when a ticket is closed.
FIT provides transparency with communication, reporting features and service level agreements. These tools help promote effective issue resolution. As a component of Managed Services, Help Desk is provided through an annual agreement or on an hourly basis.
