Discover Your CliftonStrengths.

CliftonStrengths is Gallup’s research‑driven framework that helps people understand the natural talents they already bring to their work. Through a short assessment, each person discovers their top themes out of 34 which reveal patterns of thinking, relating, and problem‑solving that come most naturally. The goal isn’t to “fix” weaknesses. It’s to give people language for what they do best and a clear path to develop those talents into strengths that create real impact.

For teams, CliftonStrengths creates a shared way to talk about how each person contributes. When everyone understands their own strengths and the strengths of the people around them, collaboration becomes smoother, communication becomes clearer, and work feels more aligned. It’s a practical tool for building a culture where people lean into what they do well, appreciate the differences on the team, and use their strengths intentionally to support our mission.

Guess the Strength.

Woo, short for Winning Others Over, is the strength that makes connection feel easy and energizing. People with this theme genuinely enjoy meeting new people and have a natural ability to put others at ease. They instinctively know how to break the ice, start conversations, and create rapport quickly, turning unfamiliar faces into comfortable connections.

In the workplace, Woo often shows up as someone who helps teams expand their network and build momentum through relationships. They’re great at welcoming new teammates, opening doors across departments, and representing the organization with warmth and confidence. This strength creates accessibility and approachability, making collaboration feel more natural and inclusive. When leveraged effectively, Woo helps teams feel more connected, engaged, and open to working together by building trust from the very first interaction.
