FIT Technologies receives Award of Excellence as a Northcoast 99 Top Workplace

September 13, 2021

For the seventh consecutive year, FIT Technologies has received the NorthCoast 99 Award as one of Northeast Ohio’s best workplaces for top talent. We also received a special Award of Excellence in the Professional, Scientific, and Technical Industry. “We are honored to receive the Award of Excellence in our industry,” said FIT CEO Adam Tubbs. “It's a testament to our staff who are driven to advance our organization by continuously improving on the service we provide our clients.” Winners of NorthCoast 99, an annual recognition program developed and operated by ERC since 1999, participated in a rigorous application process that asked for detailed information on how their organization addresses top-performer attraction, development, and retention in the following areas: organizational strategy, policies, and benefits; talent attraction, acquisition, and onboarding; employee well-being; employee engagement and talent development; total rewards; and diversity, equity, and inclusion. “We are thankful to our HR leaders for completing the application process to ensure our employees and organization can be recognized as an NC99 top workplace and continue to attract top talent,” Tubbs said. We also want to congratulate our friends at Bialosky, CBIZ, the Cleveland Foundation, Donley’s, Embrace Pet Insurance, Fleet Response, Pease & Associates, Turner Construction, and Vocon for also being named to the 2021 NorthCoast 99 list. “Talent wins in today’s labor market. The NorthCoast 99 winners know this, so they continue to build progressive and innovative HR practices and benefits to attract and retain the best and brightest. We’re thrilled to recognize the 2021 winning organizations and look forward to sharing their success stories,” said Kelly Keefe, President of ERC. Tubbs added that FIT’s focus on its most important resource – employees – is continuing to pay dividends. “During the past 22 years, we have continued to expand and innovate our service offerings to grow our business, but the primary driver for retaining and attracting top talent is a result of our amazing culture and putting our people first.” To learn more, check out the feature on FIT that appeared in a special insert in a recent Cleveland Magazine issue.
