FIT Debuts Video Podcast

April 15, 2026

We’re excited to share something new—this episode of What the Tech marks the first time we’ve released a full video version of the podcast. While you can still listen as always, you can now watch the conversation unfold in our brand-new studio, bringing a more personal, behind-the-scenes feel to the insights we share.

To kick things off, Becky Cross and Fred Franks dive into a topic that impacts every business decision: knowing when “good enough” is actually the right move. In the world of IT, cybersecurity, and AI, waiting for the perfect solution can sometimes do more harm than good. Technology changes quickly, and standing still often carries more risk than making a thoughtful, timely decision.

Throughout the conversation, Becky and Fred explore how businesses can balance speed and precision, focus on outcomes instead of specific tools, and stay flexible as technology evolves. The key takeaway is simple—there’s no such thing as a perfect, forever decision in IT. The organizations that succeed are the ones that take action, learn as they go, and continuously improve.

We hope you enjoy this first video edition of the podcast—and get a chance to see (and hear) how FIT approaches smarter, more strategic IT decision-making.
