FIT Celebrates GCP, NorthCoast 99 Award Wins

October 7, 2024

At FIT Technologies, we wrapped up our summer by celebrating our wins of two prestigious awards, recognizing our high-levels of dedication to our clients and our employees.

On September 24, hundreds of Cleveland's technology leaders gathered for the 18th Best of Tech Day featuring the Best of Tech Awards. Presented by the Greater Cleveland Partnership, the Best of Tech Awards honor companies, organizations and individuals who are excelling and helping grow the tech economy in our region.

FIT proudly took home the award for Best IT Services Company at the award ceremony.

“This year’s winners – along with the whole class of finalists – were very impressive,” said Courtney DeOreo, GCP’s Managing Director of Tech Economy Initiatives. “They are all inspiring and together paint a picture of IT and cybersecurity excellence and community engagement in our region.”

Back in August, we also announced winning the coveted NorthCoast 99 Award for the 10th consecutive year as an exceptional workplace for top talent in Northeast Ohio. The NorthCoast 99 award, presented by ERC, recognizes the best workplaces in the region that excel in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. Each year, the award highlights organizations that prioritize employee well-being, engagement, and development through innovative policies and practices.

We joined other winners to celebrate on September 25.

“Winning the NorthCoast 99 award for the 10th consecutive year is a tremendous honor. It highlights our dedication to creating a workplace where our employees feel trusted, supported and valued,” said FIT CEO Adam Tubbs. “Our team is constantly striving to find ways to improve our workplace and employee experience to ensure we have an innovative and supportive environment for our people."
