FIT Technologies Earns 12th Consecutive NorthCoast 99 Award, Receives Back-to-Back Awards of Excellence

CLEVELAND, OH – FIT Technologies has been named a 2026 NorthCoast 99 winner, marking the 12th consecutive year the company has been recognized as one of Northeast Ohio's best workplaces for top talent. Plus, FIT earned an Award of Excellence in the Professional, Scientific & Technical Services category, making 2026 the second consecutive year the company has received an Award of Excellence distinction from the NorthCoast 99 program. Presented annually by ERC, NorthCoast 99 recognizes organizations that excel at attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining top performers. Winners are selected based on a comprehensive evaluation of workplace practices, including organizational strategy, employee well-being, talent development, rewards, and employee engagement. For FIT Technologies, the recognition reflects a culture built on continuous learning, employee growth, accountability, and a commitment to helping both employees and clients succeed.

"Receiving the NorthCoast 99 award for the 12th consecutive year is meaningful because it reflects the culture our team has built together over time," said Adam Tubbs, CEO of FIT Technologies. "Our leaders work hard to create an environment where people feel trusted, supported, and valued, but we also know that great workplaces are never finished. We are constantly listening, learning, and looking for ways to make FIT an even better place to work. That commitment to continuous improvement has helped us build a culture where people can grow, make an impact, and help shape the future of our company."

The Award of Excellence recognition further highlights FIT's unique position within Northeast Ohio's technology community. The distinction recognizes organizations that stand out within their industry for creating an exceptional workplace experience and fostering long-term employee success. Founded in 1999, FIT Technologies has grown into one of the region's leading managed IT service providers, helping organizations strengthen cybersecurity, modernize technology infrastructure, and safely embrace emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence. As the company continues to evolve, leadership remains committed to investing in employee development, wellness, and career advancement opportunities.

"Our people are the reason we continue to earn recognition like this," said Michelle Tomallo, Co-Founder and Chief People Officer of FIT Technologies. "The NorthCoast 99 process challenges organizations to evaluate their policies, how they support employees, and where they can improve. We embrace that challenge every year because to be a great workplace, you have to evolve. The bar that the NC99 assessment sets for us helps us see what employees want and need in order to thrive. We're driven by feedback from our employees and from our leaders about how we become a top workplace. Being on this list and being an Award of Excellence winner is a tribute to every staff member at FIT."
